financial and technical qualification of the
company beside detailed technical and economical
study for this project .The companies should
take into account the following points
1.
Performing the networks should be in access
network mode
2.
Using the optical cables linked to the cabinets
(FT TC) ,(FTTH) and premises should be according
to the technical importance and commercial
profits as well as the region's nature .
3.
The contract period should be according to the
project requirements and the number of regions
which are in service, that should be not more
than 10 years, extension is allowed.
4.
Prepaid card should be optional choice for the
customers.
5.
If necessary, the investor can construct anew
location in coordination with I.T.P.C
